At the time of registration, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. kbdd reserves the right to investigate or suspend any account if there is sufficient reason to verify age. Any funds deposited into an account belonging to a minor will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified where applicable.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after claiming a bonus.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• kbdd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

kbdd's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

It is possible to move up to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. Each cashback payment is determined based on activity during the relevant calendar week.

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the kbdd platform:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless a result could not be determined due to a server error or technical issue.
• kbdd's decision is final in determining the outcome of a bet.
• Any winnings paid out due to a system error will be considered void and will be reclaimed.
• Before placing a bet from your balance, ensure that your account has sufficient funds.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, please keep the following in mind:

• If an event is officially cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned.
• Odds may change at any time in the case of live betting.

8.2 Closure by the User
